Exclusive Villa with Private Pool
Exclusive Villas with Private Pool
Up to 4 Guests | 2 Bedrooms | 2 Bathrooms | 60 m² each
The Exclusive Villas with Private Pool of Altera Cave Villas comprise three distinctive private villas — TYCHE, IRIS, and AURA — each offering a refined 60 m² living space designed to provide privacy, comfort, and unobstructed sea views.
Harmoniously integrated into the natural landscape, the villas feature a unique architectural concept that follows bioclimatic design principles, ensuring minimal environmental impact and almost zero energy consumption, while maintaining a strong connection with their surroundings.
Each villa is arranged on a single level and includes two bedrooms — one with a king-size double bed and one with twin beds convertible into a double — along with two modern bathrooms. The living spaces extend outdoors to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a furnished veranda, creating an effortless indoor–outdoor lifestyle.
The private heated swimming pools overlook the endless blue of the sea, just a short distance from the beach, while modern comforts such as full air-conditioning, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi coverage throughout ensure a seamless and relaxing stay.
